This work is meant to be deeply connecting, safe, and loving.

A key part of the actual session is creating energetic safe space through grounding/guided meditation and energy work with my clients. I feel into your energetic and physical body (even through distance), your soul’s history, and the stories told by your guides. Prior to each call, I set a loving and protective container for our energies to meet, and invite those guiding you to step forward. In the beginning if you are skeptical (which is totally OK), it helps to imagine this could be true just for the moment, or to pretend it is, and to let the work surprise you. A process of grounding will bring you back to earth, so you will not fly away into pretend. Instead, you will learn to connect more to your own intuition and decide, eventually, what is ‘real’ and what ‘real’ means to you. I am also still learning from energy and spiritual teachers with much more experience than I, with whom I can recommend you connect.

In an INTUITIVE READING, I will reach out to your spirit team (guides, the deeper self, your soul and subconscious which holds deep inner wisdom, sometimes ancestors come through here also.) I ask those with the message you need to hear most to step forward, to share that message in a loving manner to aid you in creating the life you want to live. My intention is that your inner wisdom guides this process. While information will sometimes come through ‘cold’ - it is great to share with me what you are thinking and feeling about. I am not a mind reader (only sometimes), but I can receive information and if you are able to tell me what you are concerned about, we cover more ground in a short amount of time. Validations still come through in a facilitated process, but a small amount of sharing from the client allows things to really flow.

In a MEDIUMSHIP READING, I go directly to your ancestors and loved ones who have passed, and ask those who knew you best to step forward. If you have someone in mind, it is always helpful to have a photo or an object of theirs to help me connect. I can’t control who steps forward, but we have many beings around us who watch and support us from afar. It is best to wait up to 6 months after a passing to try and connect. This gives them time to adjust to their lives, heal from their time on earth, hone their communication skills on the other side, and reflect on their experience.

In the case of mediumship, I begin by sharing information ‘cold’ so that we can identify the person we’re speaking to. I will then ask simple yes/no questions or ask if something in what I’m saying connects.

I am thinking of evolving this process because I have realized that trying to prove that this is ‘real’ gets in the way of my ability to actually connect. The more ease and trust I have and vice versa, the more specific and clear the connection to the other side becomes. Which would mean it wouldn’t be evidential mediumship, but some other type of work I haven’t figured out yet.

For now, I will continue the practice of bringing in evidence, so those I work with can have validated experiences. People often want to share stories about their loved ones once we confirm who it is, and that is a wonderful to do, and very heartwarming and confirming in these experience. And sometimes, the person they seek needs to be named, and then that naming will bring their energy forward for the reading.

Low-Cost-Free, Weekly GUIDED MEDITATION (TO BE ANNOUNCED) - This is an opportunity for those individuals who need a helping hand in their meditation journey. I will read the energy of the attendees and create a warm space for people to either speak up or watch from the background. Either way, your permission will allow me to read what’s needed and to customize a group guided meditation based on my own intuition, and practices I am still learning in Energetic NLP (Art Giser) and other traditions such as Transformative Energy Work (Ken Jover) and Transcendental Meditation.
